These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By booking a treatment or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking & Deposits

All treatment bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £30 at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment slot and is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. We reserve the right to release undeposited appointment slots without notice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment at no charge. Deposits are carried forward to your new booking date.
24–48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule once at no additional charge; a second reschedule within this window will forfeit the deposit.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: The deposit is forfeited. A new deposit will be required for any future booking.

4. Treatment Suitability & Medical Disclaimer

Our treatments are non-invasive cosmetic procedures and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Prior to your first treatment you will be required to complete a health questionnaire and consent form. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if we reasonably believe it would not be safe or appropriate for you. Contraindications include but are not limited to:

Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Cryoglobulinaemia, cold agglutinin disease, or paroxysmal cold haemoglobinuria
Active skin conditions, open wounds, or infections in the treatment area
Pacemakers or metal implants in or near the treatment area (where applicable)
Raynaud’s disease or other cold-sensitivity conditions

If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, please consult your GP before booking and inform us of any relevant medical history at your consultation.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings with a paid deposit will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking.

Promotional pricing and package deals cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Liability

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our treatments. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

We exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that booking.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
